A young lady from Spencer County is the 2019 Outstanding Farm Bureau Youth female.  In today’s program we meet Madison Goodlet, learn about her reason for participating in the contest at the Kentucky Farm Bureau Annual Meeting and hear the message that she wants to share about agriculture.
