It hasn’t been done in about 35 years but funding has now been put into place for an ‘equine survey’ for the state. The Ky Horse Council’s Ginny Grulke says UK, U of L, and the Ag Statistics Service are joining forces to do an economic assessment of the scope of the Ky horse industry and how it can prosper in the future.
