Based on its number of horticultural producers Kentucky is not getting its fair share of federal grant dollars available through a number of programs. The Ky Center for Ag and Rural Development is trying to do something about that. KCARD’s, Aleta Botts, discusses some upcoming grant writing workshops aimed at improving the state’s success rates with some of those programs.
