A report with Kentucky’s state veterinarian, Dr. Robert Stout, with the Ky Dept of Agriculture on the new “veterinary feed directive,” which requires veterinary oversight of any antibiotics used in animal feeds.  Stout encourages farmers to check out the new directive and consult with their own veterinarians for details.
