A University of Louisville research group out of the Owensboro Cancer Research Program is making some impressive progress in developing a cancer drug from a soybean bi-product. Dr. Keith Davis says the project is working with a protein called lunasin has, so far, made several important steps indicating a positive cancer fighting outcome.
