A Lexington based ag entrepreneur, Kimmey Bohannon, owner of The Weekly Juicery, is doing well for herself; in fact, the business is expanding its processing and handling facilities in Lexington, and has a new retail outlet ready to open this spring in Louisville. It’s a niche market for sure but Bohannon says all of her incoming produce currently comes from out-of-state and she’d like to see all of that be Kentucky grown.
