Beef cattle producers and youth will bring their best livestock to the West Wing of the Kentucky Exposition Center March 2^nd through the 4^th to compete for top prizes at the Kentucky Farm Bureau Beef Expo.  Farm Bureau Livestock Committee Chairman Fritz Gieske says the Beef Expo is a great way to celebrate Kentucky being the largest beef cattle state east of the Mississippi River.
