It’s way too early for consumers to begin thinking about a trip to their favorite farmers’ market this season, but many farmer/vendors are already exploring educational opportunities so that they can get certified to offer free samples. Previous survey results indicate consumers want that opportunity and sampling does increase farmer sales.
