A feature report on an Owen County farmer, David Chappell, who’s added vegetable production and a roadside market venue to his beef, tobacco, and hay production. Chappell explains that so far, his new venture fits quite well in his operation. Chappell will be attending Farm Bureau’s Roadside Educational meeting March 16 in Bowling Green.
