County farm bureaus across the country are this week celebrating National Food Checkout Week in a variety of ways.  By this last full week of February, American citizens have earned enough disposable income to purchase their entire year’s food needs.  Feldhaus reports on a unique way that Monroe County is sharing their celebration with local citizens.
