Today is Food Checkout Day as observed across the country by the American, state and county farm bureaus. Feldhaus has a feature on some of the activities to call attention to this event in Muhlenberg County. Local farm bureau leader Mary Kate Kordes is featured and says the effort is a great way to promote better farm-city understanding.
