Across Kentucky - February 20, 2012

A report on Food Check-Out Week being celebrated in Kentucky and across the country to salute the efficiency of farmers. One indicator of that efficiency is that consumers spend only a little over 10% of disposable income for their entire year’s food supply. And by this week in February, 2012, they’ve earned enough to pay for it.
