Feldhaus has an update on the progress of a regional USDA inspected livestock processing center which is opening up new opportunities for southeastern Kentucky. Paul Marsillett, plant manager for the Chop Shop in Hazel Green, KY says the region’s livestock producers have responded well, and so have consumers.
