It’s not a get-rich-quick opportunity at all, but for some Kentucky land owners, aquaculture production can provide some additional farm income. Feldhaus visits with UK aquaculture specialist Bill Wurts who say UK and Ky State University have teamed up to offer several workshops that will give pond managers a realistic look at the challenges and opportunities of this type production.
