The University of Pikeville is the latest state learning institution to join the Ky Ag Departments “Farm to Campus” effort to provide more locally grown and processed foods in their dining hall and other food outlets. UPike, president, James Hurley discusses the value of that effort as the region explores every avenue of diversifying economic development.
