The Vols and the Wildcats are not close friends on the hardwood or the gridiron, but UK Forage Specialist, Ray Smith, explains that the University of Tennessee’s Institute for Agriculture will be sharing with UK a portion of a recent USDA grant to develop information and resources for organic dairy production. Smith says, for some, this production method holds significant potential for expansion and additional farm income.
