Feldhaus finishes the feature series done with Dr. Scott Smith, outgoing Dean of the UK College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment as his replacement Dr. Nancy Cox will take over January 1st. Smith talks about the totally new approach to looking at the scope of agriculture and their curriculum efforts to meet the changing face of farming and agri-business.
