A feature report on a 10-acre truck farm not only surviving in Jefferson County but which was recently named 2014 Agribusiness of the Year by the Ag Industry Network. George Gagel produces a variety of edible crops from kale and tomatoes to his trademarked, “Limestone Bibb” lettuce but he says it’s ‘flower power’ that keeps him going.
