The American Honey Princess, Elena Hoffman, will be spending several days in Kentucky during the state fair. State Apiarist, Tammy Horn, talks about that opportunity for fair go’ers, who can learn about the different styles and tastes of honey from various regions of the state and learn about honey’s positive role in a healthy diet.
