Using an agriculture theme to beef up activities in the Franklin-Simpson Boys and Girls Club is exactly what happened in a pilot project in Franklin. Jeff Goodnight with the local youth development group says the state ag department, the local farm bureau, and some excited kids boosted growth in that project from 30 to 90 youngsters in just one year.
