With Labor Day weekend in mind Feldhaus does a feature with roadside market and orchard operator Kevan Evans who serves as one of two apple cider cooperative processing centers for other producers across the state. Cider season is here and there should be plenty of fresh cider at roadside markets for any holiday visits to the farm.
