The fifth annual Ohio River Lock Tour will be underway this Friday on the river, just west of Henderson, KY. Feldhaus has a preview report with one of the ‘on-board’ presenters, Paul Rohde, with the Waterways Council, Inc. He discusses some of the challenges ahead in maintaining and updating our dams and lock system nationwide.
