Curing a country ham is about attention to detail, persistence, and hard work, but Bill Robertson with the Ky Country Ham Producers Association says for 4-H kids across the state, this program is also about leadership and building character. Robertson talks about the tremendous growth in their ham curing program with 4-H youngsters.
