The health and growth of farmers markets in Kentucky has many factors pushing that progress, and one of them is a joint project of extension family and consumer science agents, the state department of agriculture and UK students in the field of dietetics. FCS agent at the Grayson County extension office, Natalie Taul, explains the “Plate It Up Kentucky Proud” recipe program.
