The Kentucky Beef Council tried something new this summer; a TeachPrime educational development workshop for educators. Niki Ellis with the Council says it gave the educators some hands on experience in actually cutting meat and in learning the issues of the beef industry.  It was so successful they’re contemplating a similar series for later this fall.
