After a temporary suspension over a legal matter the Ky Ag Development Board is back in action, investing tobacco settlement funds in programs to boost ag infrastructure in the state. Roger Thomas, Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Ag Policy, talks about the progress underway as a result of these investments.
