Feldhaus has an update on Governor Bevin’s new Red Tape Reduction Initiative now underway to evaluate and where possible reduce or cut regulations that are duplicative or out-of-date. Bevin says hundreds of comments have already been received. He says he’d like to reduce the current 4,500 state regulations by about a third if possible.
