A follow-up report on development of a new winter time feeding system for cattle producers.  The “fence line” feeding system that has been successfully demonstrated by the Kentucky Beef Network and by UK researchers. Steve Higgins, UK Director of Animal and Environmental Compliance, describes the system and feels it might be in line with current CAIP cost share programs now underway in many counties.
