Kentucky State Fair opens this Thursday with attractions ranging from performing pigs to an educational display on the Magna Carta upon which our rule of law is based. State fair vice president for communications, Amanda Storment, discusses other attractions and money saving deals for midway rides and pre-fair admission packages available through
