A feature report on the fact that the Lexington Legends baseball park will open this season with a new item at their concession stands; the “Appalacia Burger.” Meat for the burgers originates at the Chop Shop in Wolfe County and Legends C.O.O., Andy Shea, says the new item will fit right in with a host of other Kentucky Proud offerings featured at the park.
