Last Fall, Sarah Fannin wasn’t quite sure that she really wanted to expand her local roadside farm market facility.  When it was completed just in time for pumpkin season, her customers let her know, in person, what a great investment she’d made.  And already the Morgan County roadside is experiencing a booming spring season this year.
