April is National Distracted Driving Month, with Kentucky Farm Bureau featuring a video with an accident survivor who has a message to share.  Breckinridge County mother Tareena Horton, who is an agent with the Breckinridge County Farm Bureau, talks about a distracted driving accident in 2008 that nearly claimed her life and the message she has for others.
