Posted on Apr 23, 2015One of the most effective programs ever developed in Kentucky to get actual soil-saving conservation practices “on the ground;” the soil conservation cost share program has been re-funded for 2016. Hardin County farmer, Larry Thomas, serves on the Ky Ag Water Quality Authority which oversees the cost share program, and he says the General Assembly deserves high praise for recent action in keeping the cost share going.
