In honor of Earth Day, tomorrow, a report on progress in protection of water and soil resources on the farm with Kim Richardson, Director of the State Division of Conservation, who discusses progress with the state’s soil and water conservation cost share program. It’s helping farmers with their required, individual water quality plans.
