Posted on Apr 2, 2014A report on an effort in Hopkins County where local extension and corrections agency leadership are using horticulture training with jail inmates to teach production skills and responsibility. Since that initial program, an additional culinary program has been introduced to further expand inmates’ skill levels and chance for employment after release.
