Finally, spring is arriving and along with it are the blooming flowers and budding trees…..and those creeping, flying, annoying insects. A report today on statewide efforts to track and control some of those pests which can have a far greater negative impact than just being an annoyance, like the gypsy moth, emerald ash borer, and pine shoot beetle.
