It’s been a mild winter overall but with several cases of near-freezing temperature drops this spring, Grayson County strawberry grower, Danny VanMeter, has been quite active protecting his protecting his crops.  He says despite that battle, in many areas, fresh Kentucky strawberries are ready to be picked.
