Finally, winter has subsided, and for many roadside farm markets, it’s time to open their operations to the public. Jeremy Hinton, owner of Hinton’s Orchard and Farm Market near Hodgenville, says they’ll have asparagus, vegetable plants and plenty of bedding plants for the spring crowd.
