2017 Harlan County Farm Bureau Communication Award
The 2017 Harlan County Farm Bureau’s Communication Award was presented to Bethany Moore who works for the Harlan Daily Enterprise. Don Miniard, President of Harlan County Farm Bureau, presented the award and check to Bethany at Harlan County Farm Bureau’s Annual Picnic on August 19, 2017.
