Education is top priority for Harlan County Farm Bureau.  Harlan County Women’s Chair Lindsey Boggs and Young Farmer Chair Nathan Boggs taught 5th graders in all 8 County Schools about agriculture, forestry, and the dangers of distracted driving and texting while driving.
