Harlan County Farm Bureau named Top County in the District

 

Harlan County Farm Bureau received the Kentucky Farm Bureau District 11 Top County Award out of 11 counties.  Don Miniard, President of Harlan County Farm Bureau, received this award at the 2017 Kentucky Farm Bureau Annual Meeting held in Louisville, KY.
