Harlan County Farm Bureau Board Members and members of the Young Farmers and Womens Committees attended KFB's District 11 Policy Development Meeting at Pine Mountain Settlement School.  Harlan County Farm Bureau President Don Miniard presented a slideshow of Agriculture in Harlan County.
