On March 19th, HCFB hosted its annual Media Luncheon where members of local media joined us to hear guest speaker Jennifer Elwell, Executive Director of Kentucky Agriculture & Environment in the Classroom, and Rachel Wilson, Education Coordinator, share the success of ag literacy in Hardin County.

Webster County farmer Eddie Melton was re-elected today to continue serving as President of Kentucky Farm Bureau. Melton has been a member of the organization’s executive committee for 17 years. Also re-elected to their leadership roles are Shane Wiseman of Clark County as First Vice President and Larry Clark of Green County as Second Vice President.
