What is my policy number?

Your policy number is a 10-character number that can be located on your:

• proof of insurance card
• policy declaration
• premium notice

It may be helpful to have your documentation handy during registration. Be sure to use the policy number and insured name listed when registering. Document examples are displayed on the Portal Registration screen.
