Why can't I see my new insurance policy on the member portal?

If you have just added a new policy to your membership or you are a new customer of Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance, your policy information will not display on the member portal until the next business day after adding it. KFB's computer systems will process the information overnight and your details will then be visible on the member portal the next business day.
