What is the difference between Designated and Courtesy?

The first named insured to enroll in eDelivery will provide the Designated Electronic Mail Address where email notifications will be sent when new policy documents, notices and communications are available for viewing in the KFB Member Portal. Any additional named insureds listed on the policy or Account Bill will have the option to register and elect to receive a courtesy copy of the electronic mail messages sent to a separate email address. KFB will only be obligated to ensure the documents are delivered to the Designated Electronic Mail Address. If an electronic mail message sent to the Designated Electronic Mail Address is returned to KFB as undeliverable, the policy will be automatically un-enrolled in eDelivery and default back to delivery of the policy documents via U.S. Mail. If an electronic message sent to a Courtesy Electronic Mail Address is returned to KFB as undeliverable, the policy will continue to be enrolled in eDelivery and no additional attempts will be made to deliver copies to the Courtesy Electronic Mail Address so long as the Designated Electronic Mail Address for the policy remains deliverable.
