Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles says it is critical for the Kentucky General Assembly to pass a meat labeling bill that will protect Kentucky Agriculture from lab grown meat products that are being developed. Quarles says the fake meat bill, that is being debated in the Kentucky General Assembly, will protect the beef cattle, pork and poultry industry, and will ensure Kentucky consumers know what they are eating.
