A number of issues affecting agriculture and rural Kentucky will be on the agenda for the 2019 Kentucky General Assembly session that gets under way in January.  State Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Paul Hornback discusses issues facing agriculture, items legislators will likely be discussing and his role of educating fellow lawmakers about agriculture.
