LOOK FOR: Deep color, slight give when pressed

AVOID: Green shoulders, cracks, bruises

Washing and Storage Tips

Rinse under cool water before eating and pat dry. Store at room temperature out of the direct sun. Once cut, refrigerate and use within a day or two.
