LOOK FOR: Bright red, firm, fully ripe 

AVOID: White tips, mushy, bruised or moldy berries

Rinse gently under cool water right before eating. Don’t soak or wash ahead of time. Store in a single layer in the fridge. Best eaten within 2–3 days.
